Vida Entera is founded in the belief that we each have within ourselves the ability to heal. Because we do not exist in a culture that guides us to access our natural healing abilities, we seek guidance and support from therapists, coaches, and teachers to learn to use these skills. Depending on your needs, at Vida Entera you may choose to work with a psychotherapist/counselor to address mental health concerns, work with a coach to develop your creativity and meet your wellness goals, or take a course to explore and learn more about wellness topics with support from the teacher and classmates.
We believe in the power of community and know that profound change can come from healing communities. We offer community-building and community-healing groups and practices, as well as consultation for schools and healthcare facilities to adapt trauma-focused and culturally-appropriate practices.
We believe all therapeutic work is skill-building and emphasize that new skill adaptation is the core of personal and community transformation and growth.

Services provided at your convenience online via video-conferencing. Group practices can be arranged online or at your local school, community center, or other public space.
